the staff was extra helpful and friendly. we were offered an upgrade to a 'private pool + jacuzzi' suite plus so many privileges because we were on our honeymoon trip. they were also flexible with the check in and check out hours. also, we were offered a free pick up and drop off to the airport which saved us the hassle of transportation.

the food had superb quality (i really enjoyed the breakfast). the hotel offered high quality food and options. a lot of choices were available at the buffet; i always found something to eat.

our room had a gorgeous sea view. it was a honeymoon room. it was clean and very comfortable. it had modern and pleasant facilities. the room was quite spacious with a balcony and a mini-bar.

The room included many amenities. I stayed in a beautiful room pool view and appreciated its layout. The gym has various equipment for workouts , but the dumbbells only went up to 20 kg.
the SPA treatments are expensive , considering other local options.

the reception staff was mostly helpful with requests i made.
I had problems with the in-room safe. It malfunctioned repeatedly and the staff took a long time to fix it each time. this caused unnecessary delays and frustration . i needed to store valuables so this was a security concern.

the breakfast buffet offered many options.
The shisha service was inattentive. I requested a bottle of water multiple times over 90 minutes, but it never arrived. i also observed instances of staff using what seemed to be a derogatory term, directed at certain guests. this language was not what i expected in a professional hotel.

returning here seemed like coming home. the staff remembered me and greeted me warmly. the room's balcony offered a wonderful space. i enjoyed quiet mornings there. the cleanliness was perfect throughout my stay. i liked the beach bar's snacks and drinks.
the gym equipment is a bit dated, but still usable.

the resort features several pools, one heated during cooler months. a private beach area is available with plenty of sun loungers. there are also on-site shops selling souvenirs and essentials.

staff members are consistently attentive and helpful. the reception desk offers quick assistance with any queries. housekeeping maintains rooms to a high standard daily, and the turn-down service is a nice touch.
