the breakfast buffet offered many options.
The shisha service was inattentive. I requested a bottle of water multiple times over 90 minutes, but it never arrived. i also observed instances of staff using what seemed to be a derogatory term, directed at certain guests. this language was not what i expected in a professional hotel.

warm hospitalitycleanliness qualitybeach barquiet morning
returning here seemed like coming home. the staff remembered me and greeted me warmly. the room's balcony offered a wonderful space. i enjoyed quiet mornings there. the cleanliness was perfect throughout my stay. i liked the beach bar's snacks and drinks.
the gym equipment is a bit dated, but still usable.

the resort features several pools, one heated during cooler months. a private beach area is available with plenty of sun loungers. there are also on-site shops selling souvenirs and essentials.

staff members are consistently attentive and helpful. the reception desk offers quick assistance with any queries. housekeeping maintains rooms to a high standard daily, and the turn-down service is a nice touch.

the main buffet restaurant has a wide array of options, rotating themes nightly. i found the a la carte restaurants to be excellent, especially the Lebanese place. the beach bar also serves light bites throughout the day.
